It’s been almost a week since I wrote anything, as I got to Vegas after Arizona and was overwhelmed with the energy there and on top of that had to deal with one major shift taking place.
After all the tranquil settings and meditation of Sedona, can’t say the love in Vegas kept being in the moment going, bright lights, lotsa images of sex and people filled with hopeless dreams of winning millions gambling tipped me upside down.
I still made the most of it whilst I was there, did some gambling myself, saw some shows, hit a few bars in the 3 days I was there. It was great to get the hell out of there though. The airport itself was filled with slot machines and something very scary, full body xray scanners! Something only seen in sci-fi movies from the early nineties.
I even said to one elderly woman, u know those things are against every human right we have being on this planet, and she couldn’t care less, well she said, you need to do it if you want to travel. Welcome to brainwashed america, I have met some amazing people on this trip.
But you can’t miss the millions of brainwashed zombies walking around thinking they live in the most free country on the planet.
Amazing how slaves can think they’re free, they think freedom comes from ‘free’ enterprise where you can do what you want to get ahead, making rediculous amounts of money by screwing and putting down everyone else is not freedom. The media here makes the gulf BP oil spill look like a minor vendor bender, I’ve seen several laws passed one stopping unemploment benefits so the unemployed no longer can afford food to eat, and so much pro Obama and pro government bumper stickers and road banners, most people carry on to enjoy the illusion.
Don’t’ get me wrong, the states is one of the most beautiful and spiritual countries on the planet with some of the most aware individuals I’ve had the priviledge meeting, I just feel sorry with what they’re surrounded with. I’ve had the most amazing experiences which will have the most positive impact on my life going forward.
We know need to rattle this slave cage and all the millions of others out there in the world, and we will, we’ve already begun. I’m in Carslbad, near San Diego at the moment and should head back to LA today or tomorrow. The energy has been disruptive here to say the least, solar eclipse, new moon and the hidden powers that be trying to make one last stand to keep us in our manipulated egg shell away from divine truth.
I’m met some amazing souls here and been to some more beautiful places I’ll fill you in on soon. For now let me just thank America for giving me the passion to make a positive stand and to begin contributing to breaking down a very fucked up paradigm of greed, scarcity and fear and bringing it into the light and a place of abundance, compassion and unconditional love for all.

Why we all cuddle together in a city and run away from nature amazes me, I do this myself.
I’ve spent a lot of time on the land in awe of how small we really are. I rented a jeep last Thursday to get closer to Robbers Roost near Sedona, and cut 4 miles off my hike, so I could get up to Shamans Cave and spend more time meditating.
The meditation In the cave was … I don’t actually know how to explain it, was kinda like it switched you on but not in away one can comprehend. Once I was able to sit still after trying to avoid several bee’s and wasps, I started meditating and after a few minutes the cave was absolutely silent, all the bees and wasps left, as if they knew to give me peace, the second my meditation finished they all came back in, no lie.
I don’t know what happened in the cave or in my meditation, I just know is was sacred and special and somewhat personal :)
Now if I’m gonna get another note or mail from someone asking my beliefs cause they don’t get me, well here’s my answer as I’ve said before: Ask yourself what a belief is? No really! And where does the word belief or believe come from? Well break it downn Be-LIE-ve, yeah did you get the LIE part? Well there you go, when you say you believe something it means you accept a lie, a lie that’s so personal to you you accept it as truth, a lie someone else told you or you read out of a book.
Well I don’t beLIEve much, however I do KNOW a few things from experience from meditation and going into my heart centre and getting answerings from source that only comes from my heart. And those things I know are personal and sacred and I don’t usually tell anyone unless they feel it too. So go meditate, engage in your breath and listen to you heart, FUCK believing what someone else or school or peers or religious clerics or books have to tell you, listen to your own heart for crying out load, find who you really are, where you’re from and what you divinely are, stop looking outside yourself or for someone to save you, because if that saviour did come you would redicule and laugh at him anyway, only you can save you.
Why you reading this? Don’t believe me, go meditate!
If you do carry on, I spent Friday at the Grand Canyon, it puts us in perspective and makes us realise nature is almighty and in charge, not some monkey in the sky who says you dop something wrong you’re going to Hell, oh yeah, I have a question, when was the last time God striked someone dead? Hey respect and love the dude but don’t fear him cause he only loves.
The Grand Canyon is highly recomended for all those who think too much of themselves, if that doesn’t convince them how small they are relative to nature then push them in :P its only 4 empire state buildings high.
Well I love you all, even if I do seem very direct at times, its my way of shaking things up and making people short circuit whilst learning so much more myself at the same time. I’m off to Vegas, land of sin, just to have a gander.

I’ve done well to go well of the beaten and commercial track. Today I hiked up to the top of Robbers Roost as to find my cave to meditate. Got the living crap frightened out of me when I passed a bush with a wild boar having a heart attack at my presence. I’m told there’s mountain lions about but they must of been out getting a manicure.
Unfortunately the wind changed suddenly and quickly brought in some thunder clouds. I made one helleva dash for my rented Charger 4 miles away and did some serious flying on 12 miles of dodgy dirt roads to avoid any flash floods and get stuck out in the valley.
Kinda sad cause this is supposed to be the highlight hike of my trip. If I’m going out there again I will need to rent a jeep, the car sounds like its gonna fall apart, bah! American cars!
Well not quite the peaceful nature day I planned, more of a mountain marathon meets Dakar rally championships. Tomorrow gonna go up Cathedral Rock, only snakes to watch out for, see if I can find that vortex and beam up to my spaceship :P
Wish you were all here, I could throw you to the snakes incase they pop thier rattling tails up, haha, only kidding.
Now a bit of mexican food to make the night exciting, note to self, add Mexican food to the “DO NOT mix with Beer” list along with indian Curries and thick based Pizza, like adding mentos to coke.

A beautiful Sunday started with a drive to Cottonwood and a hike up Boynton Canyon with my soul friend Christine Sky. If you asked me what the happiest thing one could do with one’s life right now? - go sit on some grass under a shady tree in the heat of a magical summers day, I’m serious!
The day came to an end with some ‘Resonance repatterning’ (Holistic healing) from my dear friend. Amazing how we go on with life so unaware that a remote moment you experienced in your past shaped your whole life. Once you’re aware of that your potential becomes limitless, your fears become hiccups and those that chose to hold you back become that last road sign that says “end of road works, thank you for your patience” as you move on with your path not hindered by anything else.
If you think this is all too fluffy, its because you still carry your every fear and live your life by what those around you want you to be. I’m not saying I’m better, I’m saying I’m free, so let go or you’ll never be.
Today began with a ‘Hey-ho’, more letting go and time with Shaman Clay Miller out in a sacred circle in the Cottonwoods National forest. To just be in this moment and One with everything is the most sacred experience afforded to us as human beings, its free and brings us everything we need.
Your mind completely switches off, no wrong or right exists, no deceitful brainwashing hidden dictatorship goverment in your face, no lying political Obama puppet making you be-lie-ve in Santa Clause, no religion hooking you with its little truth you resonate with then you take all the other bull shit lies and eat it as truth.
Wake Up! Anything that seperates us is a lie! Your sports team, your tribe, your country, your block, your religion, your job, its all a lie unless it brings you closer to everyone and yourself and you embrace that we are all One, all a part of each other and all from the same God-source.
Now go find your tree, breath and listen to the only truth, that inner voice that speaks from your heart.

Well, welcome to hippyville, happy people and where some of us set foot 13000 years ago. This is Sedona, one of the happiest places on the planet, where the Pleiadians landed 13000 years ago to then go to Atlantis, and spiritual vortexes energise the place.
So far I I bought a ticket and a backpack, knew no one and took off from Kuwait. I’ve met some more soul family, some famous and some just beautiful. I’ve landed a free house to myself and am being guided every step of the way. Where I am right now there are no labels, no religions, no hate, only stillness, only love, one God - all of us, just One-ness.
I’m off to watch a drumming session under this remarkable full moon lunar eclipse star cross planetary alignment day.

Phoenix, Arizona
Well, what to say, release, release, release, we’re so stuck in our work matrix we’ve forgotten so much.
The journey is only just beginning, I’ve already met some phenominal people, so if your reading this and haven’t yet even touched on waking up to you really are, I suggest start asking questions or you are soon going to be left alone.
People are remebering they’re from the stars on mass and starting to see through this illusion we call reality.
Keep following my notes because soon I’m going to be uncovering some hidden truths and learning from those who already have uncovered them.
